1. About the platform

CUCCHIA'S WORLD is a private, members-only digital platform through which registered users may access event photographs, photo galleries and related social features, including likes, comments and replies.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must not share your account with another person or create an account using false or misleading information.

3. Photographs and identifiable individuals

The platform may contain photographs, videos or other media showing identifiable guests, artists, staff members and participants attending private events. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of any photograph or media file to you.

By using the platform, you acknowledge the private nature of this content and agree to treat it respectfully and confidentially.

4. Permitted use

You may view and, where the platform expressly allows it, download photographs for personal and non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written authorisation from CUCCHIA'S WORLD and, where applicable, from the photographer or other rights holder.

5. Prohibited use

You must not:

• sell, license or commercially exploit photographs or other platform content;
• publish or redistribute content in a way that infringes privacy, image, copyright or other rights;
• remove watermarks, credits or rights-management information;
• use content to harass, embarrass, threaten, impersonate or harm another person;
• attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the platform or access another user's account;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or download content in bulk.

6. Comments, replies and likes

You remain responsible for every comment, reply or other contribution made through your account. Content must be respectful and lawful. Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, spam, impersonation and unlawful or offensive material are prohibited.

CUCCHIA'S WORLD may moderate, hide or remove content that violates these Terms or may expose users or third parties to harm.

7. Intellectual property

The platform design, branding, software, text, photographs and other content may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property rights. Except for the limited personal-use permission expressly granted above, no right or licence is granted to you.

8. Account suspension and termination

CUCCHIA'S WORLD may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account is used improperly, these Terms are breached, another person's rights are affected, or action is reasonably required to protect the platform or its users.

9. Availability and changes

The platform may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. Features and content may be added, changed or removed without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimer and responsibility

The platform is provided for private community use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CUCCHIA'S WORLD is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised user conduct, misuse of downloaded content, third-party services or events outside its reasonable control.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the platform, its features or legal requirements change. Where a material change requires renewed acceptance, users may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the platform.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the platform operator, without affecting mandatory rights that may apply to you as a consumer or data subject.
